About the role

As Auxia’s first Finance Manager, you will play a foundational role in building and managing the financial infrastructure that supports our rapid growth. You’ll oversee all financial functions, from budgeting and forecasting to AR / AP to reporting and compliance. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic insight and meticulous attention to detail, as you’ll be establishing systems, developing financial models, and supporting strategic decisions to help scale Auxia sustainably.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and refine financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, to support Auxia’s growth objectives
  • Prepare regular financial statements and reports for internal stakeholders and investors, providing insights into financial performance and key metrics
  • Lead cash flow management and capital planning, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with department leads to create and manage budgets, supporting both growth and cost-efficiency
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other daily finance functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Work closely with external partners (e.g., auditors, tax advisors) to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices
  • Build financial models to support strategic initiatives, fundraising, and long-term financial planning

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of finance experience, preferably with exposure to SaaS or technology companies in high-growth stages
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced skills in Excel; familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a proven track record of managing financial processes from end to end
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
