Our small team of primarily engineers has experience launching and scaling products to millions of users globally at both Google and Meta. Our focus is in the B2B SaaS space and we have a bold vision to reimagine how digital companies drive growth. 

Auxia’s software engineers are generalist problem solvers who work across the software technology stack. Our engineers bring creative ideas in systems development, data management, machine learning, privacy and security, distributed computing, UI design, and more.


We are looking for engineers who are independent thinkers and natural leaders with an ownership mindset. About the role:

  • Write and test production systems.
  • Contribute and lead design discussions / reviews.
  • Review implementation, provide feedback and develop best practices.
  • Contribute to the documentation to save engineering overhead and set guardrails.
  • Resolve product or system issues with thorough analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages with data structures/algorithms. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing Machine Learning models and bringing them to production.
  • Experience in software architecture/design.
  • Experience developing software infrastructure, distributed systems, and/or data.
  • 1 year real world work experience or internships.
