About the role
Auxia’s first dedicated Business Operations specialist will set the foundation for our next phase of growth. You will be responsible for implementing processes to support hyperscaling across HR, finance, IT, and legal / compliance. You will also play a critical role in strategic planning as Auxia expands.

Responsibilities
- Develop and own scalable processes across back-office functions (HR, finance, legal, IT) to streamline operations
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a collaborative company culture
- Monitor and manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and other administrative needs
- Provide support for special projects, helping to develop and implement process improvements as Auxia scales
- Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR and operational questions, ensuring a supportive and well-organized work environment
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff, Finance Manager, Recruiter, and Office Administrator to prioritize and execute critical initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting or business operations, preferably within a high-growth technology company; MBA is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate to executive-level audiences
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a proven track record of designing and implementing new processes across functions
- Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
